To further strengthen the corporate governance measures, we have appointed KPMG Ethics Helpline as an independent, impartial and neutral party to receive any matters related to unethical conduct or violation of our code of conduct. The code of conduct serves as the ethical roadmap for our employees and guides them on the ethical behaviour expected during their association with us.
